Cancellation Policy
Venue hire terms and conditions ❖ The grand lounge bar is free to hire for your event if you have over 100 guests, less than 100 guests we charge £150.00 to hire your venue. ❖ W e require a £150.00 deposit to book and secure your date at the time of booking. Y our party won’t be booked or confirmed until your deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking, any breakages will result in your deposit being lost or deducted. ❖ W e forbid any use of confetti cannons/balloons being used; your deposit will not be returned if confetti is used. ❖ Y ou can contact us up to 7 days to arrange venue catering/decoration set up - please note we do not open our venue until 5pm on event days. ❖ All outside catering equipment, decorations and rubbish must be removed the night of the event, failure to do so will result in £100.00 being taken from your deposit for rubbish removal and storage. ❖ Only drinks bought on our site to be consumed at our venue, any drinks found will not be tolerated on site will be removed and disposed of.
