Terms & Conditions

• The G.L.B is free to hire for your event if you have over 100 guest, less than 100 gets we require  £150.00 to hire the venue.

• We require a £150.00 deposit to book and secure your date at the time of booking. your party will not be booked or confirmed until the deposit is received. the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking, any breakages will result in your deposit being lost or deducted.

• We forbid any use of confetti cannons/balloons being used; your deposit will not be returned if confetti is used.

​​

• You can contact us up to 7 days before your event to arrange venue catering/decoration set up - please note we do not open our venue until 5pm on event days.

​​

• All outside catering equipment, decoration and rubbish must be removed at the night of the event, failure to do so will result in £100.00 of your deposit for rubbish removal and storage.

• Only drinks purchased from our bar may be consumed on the premises, any outside drinks found will be confiscated and will not be returned in such cases your deposit will be retained.
